I finally found how to fix this problem. I just had to add
LC_ALL="fr_FR.UTF-8" to /etc/environment. Weird, because my system is
ISO at euro wide configured, and I always left LC_ALL empty, without
problems.

This is also weird that the problem only occurs with QT-applications and
not with GTK ones.

This problem is confirmed on other systems (posted on forum.kubuntu-
fr.org).

Anyway, I found a fix, so I guess we could close this bug report.
