[Bug 46914] KDE mouse settings reverts to using simple click

Public bug reported:

Steps to reproduce the bug :
* configure KDE to use double click to open windows or folders
* change the cursor theme in KDE System Settings
* restart KDE

Now the setting is back to the default and windows open with one click.

     Importance: Medium
         Status: Unconfirmed
