I am also concerned that, even though I know I do not have samba or
nfs-[user|kernel]-server installed, the greyed-out defaults have "Enable
Local File Sharing" as selected, with no means to de-select them.

It doesn't worry me personally, but may instil The Fear in new users,
especially with heightened awareness of Internet security.

If nothing is currently being shared, show it as such.
