[Bug 70271] kcmshell 'filehshare' help text unreadable

Public bug reported:

Selecting Properties -> Share -> Configure File Sharing on any folder in
Kubuntu causes the attached .PNG to pop up.

It is impossible to determine what is being suggested as to why the user
cannot enable the network share.

Also, as the image shows, the default size of the displayed window is
undesirable. My screen resolution is 1280x1024 providing ample space.
