[Bug 70201] Kmix doesn't properly unmute the correct element(s) in a default perspective.

Upon my first initial startup of KDE I found I had no sound.   I started
KMix and tried to adjust settings to get sound (PCM, Master etc) as well
as ensuring everything was switched on in Kmix.

It still had no effect (even after a restart).  I tried it again and
then tried the same adjustments with alsamixer in a terminal window.

After making the adjustments and restarting the computer I had sound.

Later on this same problem cropped up again when using a USB headset and
later when disconnecting said headset.
