[Bug 70087] searching in khelpcenter is broken

Binary package hint: khelpcenter

You're new to Kubuntu and you want to know how to install Java, flash
and other stuff. Go to K Menu -> Help and try to search for Java or
Flash. Nothing will happen.

By the way, such essential information on installing Java and Flash
should be very easily accessible. Currently it is too hard for newcomers
to figure this out.
