[Bug 47502] Userconfig: When changing the primary group of an user, the group is not changed in the users home directory

Using up-to-date Dapper:

Userconfig: When changing the primary group of an user, the group-id is
not changed in the users home directory.

Maybe it's a wishlist-item, but I really expected  it to work, like I
thought it should work.
