I'm using Kubuntu Dapper RC1 i386 (updated from Breezy) plus today's
updates.

I've just found this in /var/log/daemon.log:

May 30 11:37:42 localhost kdm_greet[5011]: Can't open default user face
May 30 11:37:49 localhost kdm_greet[5011]: Internal error: memory corruption detected

I'm using an Nvidia card with restricted drivers.
