[Bug 47451] bad links in firefox default homepage for kubuntu

Public bug reported:

when kubuntu-docs is installed, the default firefox start page is /usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales/index-fr_FR.html 
for locale fr-_FR.

In this page links points to file:///usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales/wonderful-linux.html
which does not exist at this location.


In fact the correct file is in :
/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/fr/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/wonderful-linux.html

I remind you that :
$ ll /usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 42 2006-05-30 11:01 /usr/share/ubuntu-artwork/home/locales -> /etc/alternatives/firefox-homepage-locales

$ ll /etc/alternatives/firefox-homepage-locales
lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root 56 2006-05-30 11:01 /etc/alternatives/firefox-homepage-locales -> /usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/locales

and

/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/locales 
only contains relative symlinks to localized index.html files.

File wonderful-linux.html is misplaced in the parent directory of
/usr/share/doc/kde/HTML/en/kubuntu/about-kubuntu/locales
