[Bug 47404] including "/" in name of Media:/ entry results in "%2f"

Binary package hint: kdebase

If one renames a media:/ entry, and that name includes a "/", the "/" is
replaced by "%2f"  (for example, naming the entry for hda1 to "/ (Root)"
results in "%2f (Root)".
