[Bug 47230] Kpdf tries to open URLs in Bluefish

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: kpdf

Steps to reproduce:
1. Run Ubuntu (not Kubuntu)
2. Install kpdf
3. Open a pdf document with a URL in it
4. Click the url

And bluefish will try to open it instead of firefox. This is probably
easily workaroundable but should be fixed out of the box.
