[Bug 47181] localisation support in adept tools conpletly broken

Binary package hint: adept

adept tools dont use translated messages from libept.po, but all of them
are not in adept.po, adept-updater.po, etc but in libept.po.

so i wrote a translation, that is correct but not used by program )-;
