[Bug 46975] wallets vanish when restarting dbus

Hi there!

My users wallets vanish after running "/etc/init.d/dbus restart" as
root.

The only way I found to make the wallets reappear is by logging
out/logging in again.

I am running dapper (last upgrade was 5 min ago).
