[Bug 46815] navigation panel in konqueror doesn't work

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: konqueror

Today I've upgrade my (K)Ubuntu from Breezy to Dapper and fount that
konqueror now has a navigation panel on the left side of it's window.

Anyway clicking on panel's buttons doesn't make any affect for me. I'm
still in file listing mode. Active buttons on this panel are changing
and that's all.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open konqueror
2. Click on any button in Navigation Panel

** Affects: konqueror (Ubuntu)
       Severity: Normal
       Priority: (none set)
         Status: Unconfirmed

** Changed in: kdebase (Ubuntu)
Sourcepackagename: kdebase => konqueror
