[Bug 40571] Re: KDE Screensavers only work if Power Saver is activated

Today I did a fresh install from the Kubuntu Flight 6 install CD, and I
can confirm this bug too. Without DPMS the screensaver not works. I just
disbale dpms most of the time. However for workaround I just run a shell
script from the ~/kde/Autostart directory which define a very high time
preiod for DPMS.

/usr/bin/xset dpms 43200 43200 43200
