[Bug 46049] Kubuntu Dapper Fl7 hangs at loading desktop

I tried kubuntu FL7 on my laptop, a panasonic centrino 1.4 with intel 2100 wireless, it hangs just after logging into the desktop in live mode, from then i can move the mouse but can't do anything more than that, can't click, can't even reboot, ctrl-alt-canc has no effect.
I switched to FL6 and i was able to make it work, however the network configurator in kde doesn't work correctly, my card is seen correctly, but when i try to edit it with my wifi details i get a crash only..so both version doesn't work correctly..
ubuntu FL7 instead works fine, even the wifi works perfectly.
