I can also confirm this bug. Dapper (updated), KDE 3.5.2 and Kopete
0.11.1

It doesn't always happen, but i can say too much times. I try to press
"ctrl+esc" to kill it fom the ksysguard, but it doen't run, i need to
run ksysguard from the K menu

I don't know how could i get the error messages. Maybe runing kopete
from konsole?
