Yes, these "Actionlist:" buttons are unavailable.

After doing some things, which includes at first the thing here:
http://kubuntu.org/faq.php#konqueror

They are somewhen visible, but its not exactly reproduceable when or why
the appear then.

Perhaps a fix, but nobody answered here..

Lets hope it was a fix ;)

If not, please provide a package like "konqueror-settings-KDE-default"
or sth. like this.

The kubuntu-own Konqueror settings are unusable for most of the KDE-
Users I know - even the newbies.
