[Bug 45903] kdm login display needs some polish

Public bug reported:

When kdm brings up the login display, it displays "Username:" without an entry box next to it.  There is an entry box next to 
"Password:", however.  A split-second later, the entry box next to "Username:" is displayed.  I think to be really "dapper" the login display should be brought up in its fully-assembled form.
