So it seems to be the bug #114766 in kde bugzilla.

a wrong value in kickerrc causes the problem. The Xinerama=-1 option has
to be replaced by Xinerama=0.

Can be a more complex bug, so I give more details about my
configuration:

I do not use Xinerama or a Multi-Head-System. My nVidia 6600gt card is
driven by the proprietary nNvidia-driver. Maybe this does not appear
with the free drivers, have not tested yet.
