[Bug 45713] Align icons to grid does not work on kdesktop

Binary package hint: kdebase

For me the "align to grid"-functin on the kde-desktop does not work. the
icons do not move though they are placed chaotically on my desktop.

The "lock in place" option is not activated.

Does anyone can confirm this misbehavior?
