[Bug 45155] Konqueror will not start

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: konqueror

OS is Ubuntu Dapper Drake  fully upated as of 5-16-06 with Gnome and KDE
packages.

I noticed this starting to happen on my laptop and my desktop, both of
which are running identical OSs, after the dapper updates that were
released on the 14th of May, 2006.

To reproduce...
Click applications...
Select konqueror...
Hard disk whirls...
Time passes...
Konqueror does not open...
I expected to see it but it's not there...

So then I try to see if my system is trying to open it.
Click system...
Click administration...
Click system monitor...
and I see this line for Konqueror...
