[Bug 44861] K Menu not updated immediately after installing new programs

Public bug reported:

K Menu not updated immediately after installing new programs that come with .desktop files. I need to run kbuildsycoca to update the menu. 
Clueless users will wonder if they installed their programs correctly, or have difficulties in finding the programs.
IMO, the programs menu entries should be added immediately, at least for programs installed using adept_installer or adept.
