[Bug 44721] Window decorations appear twice on list.

Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings

Using Kubuntu Live CD Flight 7 if you go into System Settings to change
your window decoration, you will see that all the decorations are listed
twice except KDE2.

I will attach a screenshot to make this more understandable.
