[Bug 44463] Redundant menu separator in some apps

Kate - redundant separator at the end of "View" menu.

Akregator - right click 1 of the articles in the article list, the
context menu has redundant separator at the end.

Quanta - redundant separator at the end of "Bookmarks" menu.

KDevelop - redundant separator at the end of "Window" menu.
