[Bug 44460] my wallet in kwallet disappeared, but the file is still there

Somehow after the last update my wallet in kwalletmanager disappeared.
Kmail and everything else now asks me for passowrds again, that I have
already stored in my wallet.

The file however still is at ~/.kde/apps/kwallet and has a promising
size of 17kb.

One thing I have observed is that I have two rc files for kwallet in ~/.kde/share/config now:
kwalletmanagerrc
kwalletrc

I seem to recall, the programm was always called kwallet only and
looking at my breezy installation with maybe not completely up to date
but still 3.5.2 kde I only find kwalletrc.

Maybe some name change triggered that problem.

The problem is especially annoying since konqueror does not even mange
to log me into launchpad even when I type in the password myself!
