[Bug 44202] Adept wastes bandwidth

Public bug reported:

When updating package lists, Adept also fetches items from deb-src lines
in sources.list.  As far as I can tell, Adept makes no use of these, in
which case this feature probably costs the archive servers gigabytes per
day of bandwidth unnecessarily, to say nothing of lost bandwidth on the
client side.
