[Bug 43949] Konqueror View Mode Toolbar Icons

Description:
My Konqueror Toolbar is missing the icons to change the view mode in
Kubuntu latest test ISO with KDE 3.5.2. In Breezy, there were toolbar
icons to switch into Tree View" and "Image Preview Mode" and other
modes. I have checked through the toolbar configuration and found that
the difference is an item called 'ActionList: viewmode_toolbar' is
missing. This item is in the toolbars in Breezy and normal KDE 3.5.2
installations.

In the toolbar configuration window, the descriptions for this item says
"This is a dynamic list of actions. You can move it, but if you remove
it you won't be able to re-add it." The really strange thing is that
when I run a VNC session on my computer, sometimes these icons show up
on the toolbars in konqueror, but never on my normal desktop.

I do not know whether the view mode icons have been removed. I hope not,
it is very annoying to not have a toolbar icon to switch view modes.
Does anyone know how to fix this problem or what caused it?
