[Bug 43718] LiveCD freeze when trying to reboot (Kubuntu Dapper Flight 7)

Description:
Binary package hint: kubuntu-live

While trying to reboot from the Kubuntu Dapper Flight 7 LiveCD, my
system froze after the system ejected the cdrom.  The system was
unresponsive to keypresses, so I had to hold in the power button to shut
off the system.

This is on a Sony Vaio VGN-S260 laptop.  I have been able to start back
in to the installed system, though I have not tested it beyond that.
