[Bug 43313] "System Services" inaccessible in french

Description:
Binary package hint: kde-systemsettings

When trying to access to "System Services" in french, I get (translated)
"Impossible to load "System services" module (...)".

If I change KDE's language to english, it works. Reverting back to
french, it don't.
