[Bug 41644] Re: ctrl/shift and click should not open/close package

I think that making shift/ctrl clicking not open/close anything should
be sufficient. Also note that clicking other than first column doesn't
affect open/closed state of things, so you can just shift/ctrl-select
using other columns.
