Most Konqueror windows I use now have this bug.

Every Konqueror window that has been stored from a previous session has it and every first newly opened konqueror window has it. Only when I open a second Konqueror right after the first I will have a *good* one... normally you wouldn't do that, since you open a Konqueror window at need - and not two 'just in case'.

To reproduce try to set you Konqueror "Performance" settings to NOT optimize memory usage (that means that konqueror will use a seperate instance for every new window). Additionally I have enabled to preload 1 konqueror window (that's very important for performance).
