[Bug 42779] Dummy panel applet?

Description:
I can't begin to guess where it could have come from, but when I open
the interface to add an applet to the panel, there's an item at the end
called 'styleclock' with the default no-icon icon and a description of
'A panel applet called $NAME$'.
