[Bug 42487] More Kontact defaults could be a lot friendlier

Description:
Hi,

Please could you make the following changes to Kontact which would
really improve the friendliness and look of Kontact.

On the Main toolbar in Kontact and composer(within Kontact) please set the default to "Text position" => "Text under icons".
REASON: Although I myself don't like it and would change it to icons only, most of the users(at my company&in general) would much prefer it because is far more friendly and easy to use. Looks better as well.
