[Bug 42485] Improve Konqueror defaults for Dapper

Hi,

Please set this as default for Konqueror in Dapper Drake.

In Konqueror go to View => Folder icon reflects contents.

I think its a pleasent improvement and no reason why not to have
it.Please put it in it will really improve Kubuntu a little! Thanks
