atie: although it is true that most users just keep their uid=1000 as
admin and other (if any) users as simple users, it is not standard
enough to decide that the root settings should be synchronized with the
one of the uid=1000. On many systems, there are even several admins, or
the uid=1000 has no admin right anymore and it has been given to someone
else, or the admin has chosen to use a root account...
