[Bug 37166] adept can't find mime type octet-stream

Description:
Just installed Kubuntu Dapper Drake 6.06 Flight 5 from CD, aptitude
dist-upgraded to newest packages and started KDE. Seems to work okay,
but everytime I start adept, I get the message

Could not find mime type
application/octet-stream

After I click OK, adept starts up normally and seems to work. Haven't
tried the work-arounds from the forum yet, see:
