Public bug reported:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/36455
Affects: kdeadmin knetworkconf (Ubuntu)
Severity: Normal
Priority: (none set)
Status: Unconfirmed
Description:
I have a Toshiba Tecra laptop with a wireless and an ethernet port. I
was unable to configure either when installing Flight 5 (bug 36426).
In System Settings / Network Settings, if I try to configure either
(eth0 or eth1), when I press the "Configure Interface" button the KDE
Crash Handler appears. The short description says "The application KDE
Control Module (kcmshell) crashed and caused the signal 11 (SIGSEGV)."
If I click on the Backtrace tab, I get the popup message "Could not
generate a backtrace as the debugger 'gdb' was not found."
