Ah, and as for your proposal. If it somehow turns out i am wrong (and qt
widgets indeed depend on either stack shape or thread-local storage or
register state), what you propose with posting events can be done, yes.
I just think it is unnecessary complication right now and has a good
potential to introduce new bugs (without any guarantee of solving the
existing ones).
