[Bug 35130] Poor default screen for Laptops&Power

Description:
Kubuntu Dapper flight5.

When clicking on System-Settings --> Laptops&Power, the default
selection is always for IBM ThinkPad Laptop.

This is a poor choice for several reasons, including the fact that IBM
no longer manufactures ThinkPad Laptops, and most laptop owners don't
have a ThinkPad by IBM or Lenovo.

The default selection should be "Laptop Battery" instead.
