Public bug reported:
https://launchpad.net/malone/bugs/33710
Affects: amarok (Ubuntu)
Severity: Normal
Priority: (none set)
Status: Unconfirmed
Description:
Package: amarok
Version: 2:1.3.8-0ubuntu6
Severity: important
amarok crashes right after starting on my ppc system. The crash occurs
in xine_probe_fast_memcpy.
I've seen the same problem with the xine engine on Debian some time
ago (see http://bugs.debian.org/327266).
On Debian I can work around the problem by using the gstreamer engine,
unfortunately that engine is no longer available in dapper.
