[Bug 33530] KTTs wont shut up!

Description:
When a page is read out aloud with ktts in order to stop it reading you
have to do a manual kill of the process. Right clicking on the KTTS
Manager applet and then selecting quit doesn't stop the reading out
aloud. The only way to stop it is clicking on hold but this doesn't kill
the process.
