[Bug 51354] Printing 4+ landscape oriented pages on a single page

Kprinter offers printing multiple pages on a single sheet of paper via the "Multiple Pages per Sheet Filter". When printing 4 or more pages with landscape orientation, e.g. from a presentation, the order on the printed sheet is a little weird:

While this would be OK for portrait oriented sheets, with landscape one would rather expect this layout:
| 1 | 2 |
| 3 | 4 |

The filter used internally by kprinter (psnup) supports different
layouts for landscape printing, but they do not yet show up in the
"Multiple Pages per Sheet Filter" options dialog.
