[Bug 51256] "samba" and "nfs-user-server" should be installed as part of kubuntu-desktop

Binary package hint: kubuntu-desktop

The Sharing -> File Sharing section of the Kubuntu System Settings
control panel is completely inoperable without packages "samba" and
"nfs-user-server"

Since the file sharing is an integrated part of KDE, it seems to me like
it'd be a good idea to include these packages in kubuntu-desktop for
completeness
