[Bug 50518] Media on desktop have "Email File" option

Public bug reported:

Media on desktop have the "Email File" option in the context menu.  This
is true whether they are mounted or not.

This is not the case with media in "media:/", and folders can't be
emailed anyways.  Can someone remove this option?
