[Bug 49021] kio_man hangs when man:/xorg.conf entered into Konqueror

Public bug reported:

When I tell Konqueror to display man:/xorg.conf, it doesn't finish, and
a process named kio_man uses up as much cpu time as it can get.
Konqueror still responds, and if I tell it to stop, kio_man will
disappear after a few seconds.
