[Bug 48940] Kubuntu.org KDE3.5.3/Koffice 1.5.1 update breaks kontact & kmail

Hi !

This isn't a bug against dapper itself but against dapper + kubuntu KDE
3.5.3 and Koffice 1.5.1 updates. I applied those and neither Kontact nor
Kmail will launch. They now sit there doing nothing.

Machine is a PowerBook (ppc laptop), latest generation.
