another very easy workaround that is probably better is within kpackage
- just go to settings->configure kpackage-> then choose the Misc tab->
then select "use sudo command"

this should be the default setting, should be very simple to change the
default configuration file it is located at
~/.kde/share/config/kpackagerc i will attach the correct config file for
bug fix
