Definitely can't confirm on Breezy - updating functions as expected. Is
this Dapper?

Further, is this on a clean install of Dapper final?

More information on your system, and whether you have made any relevant
changes to your setup would be in order. Can you try to create a new
test user, and login with that user's name and password - do you still
experience this problem?
