[Bug 48625] Apparent hang when package script wants user input

Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: adept

Adept will just stop when some package script needs user input.  It
looks like it has hung.  The fix is to click on "Details", where one
then sees the text-input script.

It would be better to present such input requests directly, rather than
make the user worry and guess what to do.

This happened with the packages: 
postfix
bugzilla
raccoon
